Fight Knight’s mission is to become the leading sports management and promotional company in the boxing industry:

• We will identify, develop, and mentor boxers to create and sustain an exceptional talent pool of global boxing professionals.
  
  
• We will drive quality into the ring in order to reshape the perception towards the athletes and industry.
  
  
• We will present new heroes that will enhance the sport's viability, popularity, enthusiasm and marketability.
  
  
• We will support and implement efforts aimed at improving safety and health standards to create a healthier environment for boxing professionals.
  
  
• We will equip our fighters with the necessary tools to increase their marketability during an after their boxing careers.
  
  
• We are committed to donating a percentage of promotions to the non-profit community (e.g., Amateur Boxing Association, Boys and Girls Club of America, Citizenship Education Fund, Police Athletic League and Youth of Honor).
